Things I'm loving lately...

Lunch dates with this lil' man.
Birthday celebration's... involving fancy snowboarding themed cakes!
Public transport...putting in a twenty and getting change in the form of 18 gold dollar coins! Don't worry those came in handy when she was at the Verizon store and realized she left her wallet at home..
Spending a Monday with these two exploring downtown PHX...
Arrogant Butcher...and any drink involving cucumbers!
 CityScape during the holidays.
 Outdoor ice skating
 Rental skates...don't be jealous!
 Second row seats...
          Record breaking games...
Supercross...it won me over...
and any excuse to dress for the occasion...moto boots!

A dose of menswear..

Today I'm dedicating a post to the fella's. It may be just me, but I'm slightly obsessed with menswear. There is just something about a well-dressed man that is so attractive. Whether your a guy who prefers comfort and a clean pair of J's or a three piece suit, when it's done right and you carry yourself well, it's all equally appealing to me. I love that men seem to be stepping up their game lately and I say, it's about time! So in addition to my never ending list of female blogger's I follow, men's style blogs have been thrown into the mix. It doesn't help that they are all quite handsome and seriously funny. Take a look and let me know what you think. Are you a fan of menswear?

Offering up lots of style with a lil relationship advice here and there...go ahead and hit him with a question, the answer is sure to be entertaining.

Giving you the low down on what to buy and wear to buy it.

A mix of menswear, food and cocktails..I'd say that makes for a good combo.

With a title like "America's Best Dressed Real Man", this guy's gotta know his stuff.

Happy 2012...

Testing my luck in 2012

Toasting the night away!

Cheers to 2012!!

Just a lil peak at some photo's from NYE! The party I helped host was a "casino" night and we had several poker and blackjack tables set up throughout the house. It was a big hit and tons of fun! I personally think celebrating at home with family and friends is the way to go for NYE. No fighting crowds, high ticket/drink prices, hailing cabs etc. Although, the clean up the next morning is never fun. :/ How did you all ring in the new year?

A dose of glam...

For me, December is a month filled with a slew of birthdays (including yours truly), Christmas parties and of course, New Year's Eve. I love any excuse to dress up so when this time of year rolls around I'm always on the look out for the perfect birthday dress and a festive holiday look. This season there are so many different trends you can try without breaking the bank. Here are a few that I've got my eye on.

The not so typical LBD
Winter Whites

 Metallics

Sparkle with Sequins

Animal Prints
Stand out in a sea of LBD's and rock some red

A dose of holiday giving...

December has crept up on us already and like I said before, I am determined to get my holiday shopping done early this year! So to get the giving flowing I compiled a list of affordable gift ideas for anyone on your list. Take a peak and start crossing off your list!

1.  For the bachelor/bachelorette pad,  a "home plate" welcome mat or zesty measuring spoons.
2. For the fashion forward,  a preppy tie or sparkly clutch.
3. For the gadget lover, headphones with their favorite team logo or a fashionable iPhone cover.
4. For the fitness fanatic, personalized golf balls or a flirty yoga mat sling.
5. For the partyer, sleek steel shot glasses
6. And for the do-gooder, a gift that gives back.
